Secure Packaging
Pack the equipment in its original manufacturer box and place it inside a reinforced shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to DSLRPros
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the package to our California inspection center.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the gear for functionality and completeness; once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
